1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the website operated by Dacnis Startup ("we", "us" or "our"), including its contact and application forms.

By using this website or sending a form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. Our services

Dacnis provides digital consulting, engineering and marketing services, including:

• iOS and Android app development
• Artificial intelligence integration
• Cyber security audits and compliance
• SEO, GEO and digital marketing

3. No commitment from a form

Sending a project brief does not create a contract. Every engagement requires a separate signed service agreement. Sending a job application does not guarantee an interview or a job offer.

4. Intellectual property

This website, its code, design, text, logos and images belong to Dacnis and are protected by Tunisian and international intellectual property law. Client and partner logos belong to their respective owners.

Dacnis designed and developed the FielMedina app, and its brand and technology remain the property of their owners.

5. Acceptable use

When you use this website, you agree:

• To give accurate information in the forms.
• To use the forms only for lawful business or job-related communication.
• Not to send spam, malicious code or anything meant to disrupt our services.
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to our hosting, databases or APIs.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Dacnis is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sousse, Tunisia.
