1. Overview and scope

At Dacnis ("we", "us" or "our"), we protect your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect the data you give us when you visit our website, send a project brief or apply for a job.

We follow the Tunisian personal data protection law (Organic Law No. 2004-63) and the guidance of the national authority (INPDP), and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the European Union.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Project briefs: your name, email, phone number, company, budget range and project description.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone number, profile links, message and CV, received at hr@dacnis.tn and kept in our careers system.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure page visits, device type and referring pages.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to:

• Review your project brief and prepare an estimate.
• Contact you about your request or application.
• Evaluate job and internship applications.
• Improve the speed, content and usability of our website.
• Protect our forms against spam and abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is handled by authorized team members and delivered by email through Resend, our email provider.

5. Retention and protection

We keep project requests for as long as needed to evaluate and carry out a business relationship. We keep job applications for up to two years so we can contact you about future openings, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

All traffic to our website is encrypted with TLS, and our form endpoints validate every input.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your data.
• Transfer your data to another organization.
